Maybe I did learn something in high school chemistry after all…I learned that there’s beauty in the simple industrial classroom aesthetic. You can make great use of ultra-affordable lab finds in your home, with a little bit of creativity. Just look at how my friend wrangled all of her aspirin, vitamins and the like with some Erlenmeyer Flasks in her bath…SO smart! Of course you can use them as vases, herb holders, dish soap dispensers. Endless possibilities, just endless….
For real deal science supplies like those flasks-or beakers, graduated cylinders, test tubes, etc.- you can go to any number of online sites like Best Science Supplies. That’s definitely the inexpensive way to go. However, there are also some housewares companies doing their own take on science class classics. Like:

You can even go larger with the theme… think furniture, blackboards, periodic tables painted on your wall. Just remember, we’re not doing all of these things together and making a theme room; we’re sprinkling a little science-chic over our decor like baking soda into vinegar to get an awe-inspiring result.
